Information and prices on the site
Information on the site is for reference. Prices and timelines are starting points, not a public offer. The exact price, scope and timeline are fixed in the contract after a brief.
The brief chat
The chat helps describe a task and shows indicative figures. Its replies, including those generated by AI, are not a commercial offer. A precise estimate is prepared and sent by our team. Please do not share data in the chat that you are not allowed to disclose.
Intellectual property
Texts, design, code, graphics and the Synapse Team logo belong to us. In the case studies we publish only projects our team has worked on; our clients’ trademarks belong to them. You may not copy or use site materials for commercial purposes without our written consent; quoting with a link to the source is welcome.
Materials you send us
When you send specs, mockups or files, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We use them only to prepare an estimate and keep them confidential; an NDA is signed before the work starts.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other resources, for example Clutch or our clients’ websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy rules.
Limitation of liability
We keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions in its work or for indirect losses related to using the site.
Our services
Development, support and other services are provided under a separate contract. If these terms and the contract differ, the contract prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia, unless the contract or mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
