Digital License is an online store of genuine software licenses: Windows and Office, server products, antivirus and tools for home and business. The buyer pays and receives the activation key right away. The store serves ten European markets in their own languages and currencies, and the traffic is far beyond a typical shop, so every page and every order has to survive load without a person in the loop.
What we did
We built the store on WordPress and WooCommerce from scratch and took the whole stack: design, development, integrations and the infrastructure it runs on.
- Catalogue of hundreds of licenses with editions, versions and local prices in 6 currencies
- 10 language versions on one product base, so the team edits a product once
- Automatic license delivery: the key reaches the buyer right after payment, no manual step
- Integrations with payment providers, email and analytics

Result
The store sells around the clock in ten languages without manual work on orders: keys are issued automatically, the catalogue is managed by the store team, and the servers hold the traffic peaks. We keep supporting the project: updates, new integrations and performance work are done by the same team that built it.
