Premier Community is a family-run home care provider in the East Midlands with over 30 years of service: CQC-regulated visiting and live-in care, plus a chain of high street mobility shops. The client came with a finished Figma design; the site serves older people, their families and future carers at the same time.
The challenge 01
A large Figma design had to become a working WordPress site without losing a single detail on any screen
The challenge 02
Buying mobility aids is not a typical checkout: VAT relief, monthly payments and delivery of bulky items, for buyers who are often not confident online
The challenge 03
Care, shop and recruitment live on one site and each needs its own path to an enquiry
01
Built on WooCommerce hooks and our own templates, not a plugin: basket, details, VAT relief, delivery and payment as separate steps with a progress bar, inline validation and state kept between steps. On a phone each step is one screen.
02
The eligibility declaration is its own step, its answers are stored with the order, and the price recalculates without VAT before payment. Larger items can be paid monthly as one of the payment options.
03
Every block of the design became a reusable component in a custom WordPress theme. Pages are assembled from the same parts, so new locations, guides and shop pages stay pixel-true without a developer.
04
Each branch and area is a separate content type entry, and its forms send enquiries to the local team. Families find care in their own town in search.
Switch between the devices and scroll inside the screen.

The client brought a finished Figma design. We turned it into a custom WordPress theme and built the shop and checkout behind it.
One site now carries care enquiries, shop sales and recruitment, and the team manages all three in one admin. Families find care in their own town, buyers go through VAT relief and payment in clear steps, and candidates apply without calling the office. We keep supporting the project: updates, new locations and shop changes are done by the same team that built it.
If your services business also sells products or hires all the time, tell us about it and we will show how one site can carry all of it.

Yes. Premier Community came with a finished Figma design; we turned it into a component theme on WordPress, pixel-true on every screen, and added the shop and integrations behind it.
Because VAT relief, monthly payments and bulky delivery do not fit one long form. Splitting them into steps keeps each screen simple for buyers who are not confident online, and the logic lives in our code, not in a plugin that breaks on updates.
A site built from your Figma with a shop starts from the corporate tier on our pricing page; a custom checkout and integrations add to it. Describe the design, the shop and the checkout in the brief chat, and the team sends a precise quote within one business day.
