General information about our client's business: Our client handles plan management creating for people with disabilities business in Australia and needed business processes automation, integration with third-party accounting system and staff training.
Which client's business problems we defined:
- All workflows were manual and that caused a waste of time in solving routine cases, which prevented the business from taking to a new level;
- All operations performed in the Excel, Microsoft Access and that caused data incoherence;
- The staff had to use more than 4 applications to do daily tasks that messed up a working process;
- Our client's remote employees had difficulties with access to the information to work with.
